Prep Coat Coverage, per litre:

  • Applying Bauwerk Prep Coat over a Smooth/Sealed Substrate: 6m² (64 ft²)
  • Applying Bauwerk Prep Coat over a Rough Substrate: 5m² (54 ft²)

Values for coverage are to be used as a guide only. Variation in quantity needed will depend on the porosity of the surface to be painted.

Limewash Paint Coverage

Expect to apply 2-3 coats of Bauwerk Limewash Paint for full coverage.

Limewash Paint Coverage per coat, per litre applied:

  • Painting Bauwerk Limewash Paint over Raw Masonry Surface (render, brick or concrete): 7– 10m² (75–107ft²)
  • Painting Bauwerk Limewash Paint over an Internal Bauwerk Prep Coat Surface: 10–15m² (107–161ft²)
  • Painting Bauwerk Limewash Paint over Previously Painted/Sealed Surface: 15-20m² (161-215ft²) (107–161ft²)
  • Painting Bauwerk Limewash Paint over an External Sealed Surface: 10–20m² (107–215ft²)
